The Law Office of Michael S. DeFine, L.L.C. was established in 2000 and has since been dedicated to the practice of Criminal Law, Personal Injury Litigation and Estate Planning. Originally from New York, Michael obtained his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Northern Arizona University, and earned his JD from the University of Maine Law School in 1998.

Michael is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

In addition, Michael is a member of both the Peoria and Scottsdale Chambers of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. Michael believes in the importance of community participation and charity work and is an active member of the A.L.S. Association - Arizona Chapter. As a result, Michael offers complimentary Estate Planning Services to those suffering from ALS.
